His lifelong passion for woodworking and design led him all across California, where he’s had the privilege of creating custom millwork for homes of every style and story.

This belief inspired him to found Rapley Millwork, a company built on the values of integrity, precision, and personal connection. Whether designing a single cabinet or a full custom kitchen, we approach each project with both creativity and a deep respect for the craft.

With years of experience napping on the job site and supervising from the sunniest spot in the shop, Nelson takes his role as Pawject Manager very seriously. He ensures every cabinet passes the all-important sniff test and keeps team morale high with his signature tail wags. When he’s not overseeing operations, you’ll find him conducting “quality control” on lunch breaks or tracking down the next big treat opportunity.
